Birthday Wish for friend

I had a whole clever birthday message in my head and then promptly forgot it, which feels rude but also very on brand for me. So I’ll say the useful part: you are still one of my favorite people to laugh with, even when your jokes are bad enough to be a public issue. Hope your day is full of cake, decent decisions, and at least one moment where you get away with more than you should. I’m glad you exist.
