Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and the Wish Generator team. They cover what we provide, what you can expect from us, and what happens if either side cannot hold up their end.

The terms apply every time you use the service - as a guest, with a free account, or on a paid plan. If something here does not sit right, please stop using the app.

You can use most of the service without an account. An account unlocks saved history, larger daily quotas, and sync across your devices.

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• One account per person - sharing credentials breaks rate limits and hurts output quality.
• If we see abusive activity tied to an account, we may pause it while we investigate.

The free plan covers most casual use. Paid plans remove daily caps and unlock premium generators.

The service is provided as-is. We cannot promise it will work perfectly in every situation or for every use case.

Wish Generator is a creative tool. Treat what it writes as a starting point - not finished legal, medical, or personal advice.

Within what the law allows, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any dispute. We are a small team, and this keeps things fair for both sides.

You can stop using Wish Generator at any time - close your account from settings and we will delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, billing records).

We may retire the service itself with reasonable notice. If that happens while you are on a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion and let you export your history before we shut it down.
